Heard so much about this place and we finally get to try. The space is small and cozy so be prepared to wait for a big. The prices are reasonable, and the food quality is impressive. I tried the chicken and pork tacos, I think it was a bit heavy on the salt especially the seasoning on corn chips. My favourite was the tostada. It was a culinary delight, with every bite bursting with delicious flavors. The freshness of the fish in the tacos was evident and lime leaf has added a fantastic element to the overall taste.

Such an awesome place! I came here on night and we sat at the bar. It was super vibey and I loved their funky cocktails. The service was great and food came out so quick! I have to say that the chips were just amazing, I loved the tacos but it was those chips that I just couldn’t stop eating! Can’t wait to come back soon!

The food was absolutely incredible! I loved the tortas (Mexican sandwich) spicy but not too spicy. The beach Bum cocktail was delicious and the service fast, friendly and fun! Thanks to Ryan for the laughs and great service!

Delicious food and a great vibe! Authentic and yummy tacos and tortas - just be aware though for people that don’t like spice they are a bit on the spicy side. Great cocktails and lovely atmosphere!

Amazing atmosphere, especially when is getting dark and the bright red neon lights. It is a small place but has a great vibe. The service is good. Great variety of beers, spirits and cocktails. The Al Pastor Torta is delicious and highly recommended. I highly recommend visiting Frankie’s Tortas and Tacos. We will come back to try the rest of the menu.

Tortas and Tacos has become a nearly weekly haunt for us. The happy hour value is great for grabbing a shot and cerveza. Love that I can grab a can of tecate. The mezcal is also VERY good. We typically go with whatever steak taco varietal they have on the menu because they cook the steak perfectly. We also love trying the toastadas. We’ve gotten a steak tartare and a snapper toastada and they were both phenomenal. Definitely worth trying the specials. All of the meat tastes so good so you can’t really go wrong. Lastly, the salsas here are great! They have a spicier habañero hot sauce and a more mild that are both packed with flavour. Couldn’t recommend a haunt more!

Wow! I finally got found a place that makes incredible tacos and tortas. Personally the Pork Torta was far better than the tacos but our group was split on this. Really great atmosphere, friendly service and fantastic food. Definitely give it a go! - don’t do bookings so you may have to line up and wait… suggest ordering take away - the food tastes even better when all the flavor mesh into the roll. - the pic of the hairbrush and hair was a turn off especially at face view of our table. That was the biggest negative 😂
